- Expressed Organizational Concerns
- Talked about the need for an Officers meeting
- Need for non-officer members to be present at officers meeting
- Informed the club of meeting with Dean Boucher and its results
- Discussed need for all advisors to be present before extreme actions are taken
- Decided as a group that we need to present our problems to the officers and offer them a chance to step down before any impeachment actions are taken
- Asked Cory Smith to contact the officers for meeting times and to explain what has occurred thus far
- There will be a table in the lobby for three days: 11/25, 12/1, and 12/2; Emily Reuter volunteered to head up the paperwork involved for reserving the table.
- Posters were discussed for both the table and the Residence Hall Lobbies; Matthew Gann suggested the Photo Services Office on RUC third floor.
- This is the 20th Anniversary of World AIDs Day
- Ribbons will be sold for donations with a minimum donation of $1. Contact either Emily Reuter or Katie Gilroy if you'd like to help with finishing those/making more.
- Also discussed contacting either Nashville Cares or Chattanooga Cares to offer HIV/AIDs testing on days we have the table. Chantel Reynolds and Cory Smith are contacting those agencies to set that up.
- If we have either agency come, a room will be needed: either the Tech Pride Room or a room upstairs
